Step 1
A short, honest questionnaire
You'll start with a secure online health questionnaire — about 10 minutes of straightforward questions about your medical history, current medications, and goals.
This isn't a formality. GLP-1 medications are powerful and aren't appropriate for everyone, so we ask about the things that matter, including conditions that might change the picture. Answer honestly — it's how we keep you safe and ensure your treatment is effective.
Step 2
Provider review and a real conversation
Our licensed provider personally reviews your questionnaire. When a visit is appropriate — and in most cases it is — we'll schedule a telehealth appointment by video or phone at a time that works for you.
This is your chance to ask anything: how the medication works, what side effects to expect, how dosing ramps up, what happens if it isn't working. And it's the provider's chance to confirm a GLP-1 is a safe, sensible choice for you.
Step 3
Consent, prescription, and delivery
Before any prescription, you'll review and sign an informed consent that covers reported side effects and what to watch for. We want you to know exactly what you're starting.
Once your provider finalizes your plan, our team coordinates payment and your order with a licensed pharmacy, and your medication ships directly to your door with instructions for your first dose.
Ongoing
Follow-up that doesn't disappear
GLP-1 doses start low and increase gradually over several weeks. Your provider follows up with you on a regular schedule — adjusting your dose, troubleshooting side effects, and tracking your progress.
If anything changes in your health along the way, you tell us, and we adjust. That's the whole model: a provider who knows you, medication that's monitored, and no one falling through the cracks.
