Medication, delivered
If a GLP-1 is right for you, your medication ships from a licensed pharmacy straight to your door, with provider follow-up as you go.
Why GLP-1s
Medication that finally moves the needle
Decades of research, millions of patients, and some of the most effective weight loss medications medicine has ever had.
- Clinically meaningful weight loss
- In clinical trials, people taking GLP-1 medications lost significantly more weight on average than with lifestyle changes alone. Individual results vary.
- Appetite that works with you
- GLP-1s help regulate hunger signals, so you feel satisfied with less — instead of white-knuckling every meal.
- Better metabolic health
- Originally developed for type 2 diabetes, GLP-1s support healthier blood sugar levels alongside weight loss.
- No insurance required
- Transparent cash pricing. No prior authorizations, no denials, no paperwork battles with an insurance company.

Our story
We know this fight firsthand
Staying fit doesn't get easier with time — we know, because we've fought the same battle. Our care team has hit the plateaus, done the diets, and backslid like everyone else. When GLP-1 medications changed what's possible, we built the practice we wished existed: real providers, honest pricing, no runaround.
- A small team of licensed providers, based in the United States
- Every questionnaire reviewed by a licensed provider — not an algorithm
- Telehealth visits and follow-up care included in your plan
Questions
Asked and answered
The things people most want to know before getting started.
What are GLP-1 medications?
GLP-1s (glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists) are a class of prescription medications originally developed for type 2 diabetes that also support meaningful weight loss. They work by helping regulate appetite and blood sugar, so you feel full sooner and stay satisfied longer. In clinical trials, people taking GLP-1 medications alongside diet and lifestyle changes lost significantly more weight on average than those making lifestyle changes alone. Individual results vary.
Do I need insurance?
No. Fit & Fab Again is built for people whose insurance doesn't cover GLP-1s — or who don't want to deal with insurance at all. You pay a transparent cash price with no insurance paperwork, no prior authorizations, and no surprise bills. Where medically indicated, we can provide a letter of medical necessity to assist with FSA/HRA account reimbursements.
How does the process work?
Three steps: complete a short online health questionnaire, have it reviewed by our licensed provider (with a telehealth visit when appropriate), and — if a GLP-1 is right for you — your medication ships directly to your door. Your provider follows up with you regularly to adjust your dose and answer questions.
Is this medication safe?
GLP-1 medications are generally well tolerated, but like all prescription medications they have side effects and aren't right for everyone. The most common side effects are nausea and other digestive symptoms, especially when starting or increasing a dose. There are also serious warnings, including a risk of thyroid C-cell tumors observed in rodent studies — which is why we screen carefully for personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma and MEN 2. Please read our Safety page, and review everything with our provider before starting.
Who should not take a GLP-1?
You should not take tirzepatide-class medications if you or a family member have had medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2), if you've had a serious allergic reaction to a GLP-1, or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy. A history of pancreatitis, certain eye conditions, and some other medical issues also require careful discussion. Our questionnaire and provider review are designed to catch these — please answer honestly. It's how we keep you safe.
